Sun Technique

I am curious about some opinions relating to the post processing of this image. The white balance was adjusted to show both blue and gold in the sky. As shot the entire sky was golden and lacked interest. Does anyone have any thoughts regarding this?

it looks alittle fake in the middle i think, but it does ad something to the picture at the same time... maybe the fade is just alittle too uniform

ya know, my first thought was, this was like night into day... i like it.. alot..
just has something that grabs ya...maybe its the clouds in the top looking all night time.. and then *poof* there is the sun...
