The 1st set are all pretty interesting. It seems to me you have worked at this a bit. I like em all.
But the last one is completely different. It's like a color splash with no center of attention. Yet a fun pic I think.

Of these, I think the only one that is at all successful is #3 - bicyclist.
#2 had potential if the lingerers were talking on the phone but photographing people near an art piece says nothing.
The rest are either not framed well or just snaps of people on the street without anything more.

Must say I do not agree about No 2 : when I think about it I do not want them to talk on the phone - that would be a too primitive, or, rather, predictable juxtaposition - old phones against new ones (big deal, I guess everyone with a camera gets this idea as soon as he sees this place). That would probably give the image a false meaning. I love the geometry of the scene and the light, the way it changed colors and the powerful shadow cast by the building. The people here look like accidental bystanders, and this is exactly what I want. I want them to look lost: they are here only to undeline the powerful geometry of the scene. I like this image very much.

I shot some images there with a different light and they could not possibly look more different from the one above. same camera, same place - completely different mood and colors. It is not the last time I was shooting there, definitely.
