I like what you're trying to capture. The blue water constrasted to the gold of the sky and it's reflection, but it's under exposed. The total black on the right side intrudes way to much into the picture. It's distracting, and it's reflection in the water causes my eye to keep on wandering over to it. Try croping some of it out.

Very attractive colors; but the shadows on the right hand side almost kill this shot.... As pointed out by Joel it would be better to trim it away
