There is absolutely no detail in the foreground whatsoever. to avoid this you need a graduated neutral density filter as there is a huge difference in light levels between the sky and the ground.

Even the sky is underexposed. If you cant drop the money on a GND then a tripod and bracketing your images will help. Good color in the sky but needs to be lighter and 1/3 of the frame cant be solid black.
