got a chance today to take some photos of the sunset. not the best scenic spot but then again where i live its kinda tough to get a good one. some c&c please! not sure which one looks best, maybe you can help me out?

Sunsets get me all the time. I don't even care about subjects; the colors in the sky just do it for me. I like them all, nice work.
The sun is a little too bright in the last two. Three is my favorite.
 
I like the first three also. I think the colors are beautiful. I do think you have too much negative space at the tops of these photos, especially number three. I think they would look better cropped from the top a little.
 
edited these with neat image. i dont have this program at home, only on my work pc. filtered to get the noise out. looks much better imho!

I really like #4 on the original post. Very soothing. Nice cropped.
 
I like them but to me they just seem lacking. Just to be nit-picky i find the noise pretty distracting also I am seeing a bit of a halo effect off the edge of the silhouette. Just so you get the idea of what I have dealt with for sunsets I'll leave a link to my blog of a picture i took (two pictures down). http://mstevensonphotography.blogspot.com

thanks. i want to go to the bay area by the zoo. theres a huge beach with the ocean right there. that would be a great spot to take some nice sunset photos!
