Good exposure and nice contrast.
Would be more effective IMO if you had composed off-centre and had him facing camera more.

Agree will Jon about the framing, I would try cropping it some so that jet skier would be in the lower left part of the frame. Also I would play levels a little to make the water color richer looking.
