@Dots, your tablet is set to mouse mode not pen mode. What you are seeing is NOT the way a tablet is meant to work. The center of the tablet should be the center of the screen. The upper right corner of the tablet is the upper right corner of the screen and so forth. So if you pick up the pen and touch the tablet the cursor will jump to where the pen is.

Duel monitors is a problem at that point how ever as you can set it up so that it is one or the other or it is both. Problem with both is the aspect ratio is incorrect and and you are only using a slice of your tablet. With an Intuos you can set one of the buttons to be a switch from one monitor to the other, this is how I have it setup. With the Bamboo there is no option for this. I do have a third party piece of software that allows for it to work with a bamboo but it is a hack at best as it actually opens the settings dialog and presses the button to change it from one to the other. It is dependent on the version of drivers that you are using as well as it only works on a PC.
