Ok.. for those that don't get it. I just recreated the cover for the movie.. but with my own head. I didn't post the reference at first because I was curious if anyone else would get the reference.. guess that movie just isn't as well known as I thought.

I didn't get it either. I Googled "TXH 1138", which is what the OP said the inspiration was. It should be "THX 1138". If you check out IMDb, the is a pic similar to what the OP has. Not sure what the 4 red capsules mean; must have something to do with the movie.
