The only time people aren't looking at their phone these days is when they are looking at themselves ...

Seems a touch dark to me. Or more specifically, your subject (and her reflection) are competing for attention from that bright reflected nothing.
Not sure how I would fix, but I think it detracts some from a decent shot.

It probably is a bit on the dark side. Working on my laptop and I have difficulty getting the screen set just right.
