No problem... I created that Flickr Helper shot a long time ago, it comes in handy once in while! :)

Whatcha need to do is to paste in the URL, PLUS the file type ".jpg" at the end of the URL, and have that located inside of
 tags with, as I recall, a couple of arrow thingies...one at the start one at the end... Just a FYI Dylan,  the "official" on-line TPF how-to post tutorial's procedure does not actually work properly on all hosts-but when it was written it did work using Photobucket, but the tutorial is years out of date. I used to post manual, like this, but now just use the icon-based system, and post from my computer or from my web host...but I SYILL MUST ADD ".jpg" to every single URL I paste in...the URLs delivered by my web host, pBase.com, will NOT WORK unless I manually add .jpg to each and every single reference URL.
