Yeah with all the foliage around her, everything was green when I got back. lol I adjusted enough but leave it off a bit off to make it more natural.

Really? I ran the eye dropper tool around her cheeks and got C7%, M19%, Y24% which is pretty close to a normal Caucasian skin tone.

If I mask off the background and just look at her skin, it's fine, but looking at the image as a whole there, does appear to be a green cast, so I suspect it's just the eye seeing averaging out the scene.

Looks green - if she is surrounded by foliage, obviously you'd expect it.
