testing out the new point and shoot!

well...

i've been out of the game for a while now..

trying to get back in... i like taking pictures of things we see everyday...

these were shot using a Polariod i830 camera...

i must say that compared to my Kodak c653 this thing has pretty much no manual features.

I've got to say the subjects and angles aren't overly appealing- the first photo I find quite grainy\noisy, not quite sure exactly what I'm looking at.. a mug with skewers in it? and the second, seems as though it's out of focus (the image is quite small so I may be mistaken), and once again the subject just isn't doing it for me.. anyone else?

the first one are toothpicks. the 2nd pic is actually an orange

i cant even begin to judge the image until the watermarks disappear.

The kodak C-series camera would heve served the first one better IMO, It can provide a shallower DOF wich I think would have made that first one.
