THE 2006 Fireworks Thread - haha

Here are 3 of my favorite shots. The first two are from last night's big show in Philadelphia, and the third is from a show on Sunday in a suburb out of town.

All shots were either in Bulb mode or set to a 5-or-so-second exposure. Very little editing was done to them. Shot all in RAW mode of course ;-)

• In post-processing... duplicate the original layer, blur, lighten and blend to Overlay (if anyone needs more detail on this I'll add it in... bit of a rush now).

Heh... I should have read this before the 4th! I had never shot fireworks before, but have a few on my blog right now that I had done... All I did was set it in manual, take a few shots, look at my LCD and adjust accordingly
