The Bower 14mm f/2.8 Lens

Hello Everyone,

I am currently shooting on a Canon Rebel xti and I am wondering if A., Bower Lenses is a good bet, and B., Will the Bower 14mm f/2.8 even fit on the xti?

All I know is that I really need the 14mm and I'm trying to stay in the $300-$400 range. It doesn't have to be Bower, though. Is there anything else out there?
