Hello everyone! I'm an architectural photographer. I'm starting to get a lot if interest, and I need clarification on the standard licensing/terms of use agreement. The pics are usually used for webites, augmenting proof portfolios, and magazine publications. Are all 3 seperate charges per use?

Yes, my pics. How do I charge for what usage, and for how long? A shoot will have a certain number of pics the designer pays for. The price they pay will provide them with: Digital images for web use on a CD, but for how long? A license for what length of time? 8x10 proofs for $ each? And, more importantly, if the pics are published in a magazine, what kind of remuneration should I expect?
