I'm sure they'll like it, but objectively (and that's the key), as a photograph on its own it's pretty typical wedding reception stuff, nothing exciting.

^^ Yep, I see naked.. and I don't know what's coming out of the guy's shoulder there but I am drawn to it when looking at the image for some reason. I see an easy removal.

I agree, a quick touch up of the background would be an improvement

I would also suggest revisiting the conversion process; this seems rather mid-tone rich and somewhat muddy.
