What's the concept? They don't do much for me and I would rather the camera be on a tripod with the lights moving then like this.

At the time there wasnt a set goal, just wondering what it would look like hand held at long exposures. Basically, I was bored on a holiday drive last night, but then when I cropped them and looked further I thought they were kind of cool.... Was wondering if more people thought like TJ or Hunter.
