Just took this today I thought it looked nice tell me what you guys think!

Nice shot but a little more space in front of the male would make for a better composition.

Exposure seems fine, and there are lovely colors in the reflection, but I agree with Hunter that the composition could have been stronger. Both ducks are pushed a little too close to the frame. Is this a crop or did you frame it this way in camera? I might have just taken one duck or the other if framing was this tight in your viewfinder.

I also wish the male was in focus. He's more brightly colored and is also in a lighter part of the picture, so the eye sort wanders over to him first, but he's not in focus. The female is, but she's harder to see because she's darker and against a darker background.

It needs a little work, but I think it's nice.

Crop out a bit of the top and the left of the frame so those two birds int he background aren't there, and bring up the exposure a bit, maybe check the white balance (it's a little too blue)
