Back in the lakes. A new, expensive toy arrived this week in the shape of the DA 28 - 45 (35 equiv 22 - 36). It's 1.6kg, as big as the 645Z, but very sharp.

A few from last night and this morning with 645Z and 28-45

1. Did a curves adjustment on the moonlit shot: 12 minute exposure f/11

Dang they are awesome!

What is the difference between shot 1 and 2, in terms of time shot and settings etc? Because shot 1 is much more vibrant whereas shot 2 is quite soft

The light is totally different in them. The second one was shot some time before the first one and exposure was 3.5 mins at f/16 and ISO 100. The sun had already set but colour remains in the sky for around an hour when you shoot long exposures in the direction of the sun set. I've shot like this quite frequently.
