Well we sure got hit wit a doozy this week! Here are a few photos of the creek next to my house which normally has 1/2'' -2'' of water in it.

These photos are my first attempt at long exposure photography. Let me tell ya I can not wait to do some hiking in the next couple of weeks and get some more photos of some of the awesome waterfalls in my area. I wish I had taken my 70-200mm lens with me but these are all with my 18-55mm. I think for a first time they didn't come out bad.

So at first I was having a brain fart and was trying to have my iso high bc it wasn't super bright out and was getting poor underxposed pictures so I switched it to auto which genearlly kept it at 100. Doppie me didn't take it out of auto but now I remember what I need to do. I did set the camera to Tv Mode and was playing arouond with the speed
