Some shots taken by an amateur friend of mine with my Rebel T3 cam.
The sunset was all natural just a slight yellow filter added by me. This was me working on my photoshop editing skills. what do ya'll think? All feedback welcomed. thanks

They look great! The only thing is, I would straighten them out a bit better. The ski is not even.

I suspect she meant "sky" not "ski."

The first two, in particular, have pretty dramatic horizon tilts.

I'm not really taken by the yellow cast on these, nor of the sun flares, but that's just my opinion.

She means the horizon is tilted in every shot. All the yellow does is make it look you had the WB set wrong. Looks like typical Facebook stuff... if that is what you wanted...

One is reasonably ok cause the ball is in view.
Two and three are just guys running around.

The first one is excellent.

It is, I think, actually level. Look at the goal. It is the ground that slants.

The slant of the ground combined with the poses of the players really gives a strong dynamic feel to the image. As noted, the ball is clearly in view, but what really makes it work is that there's a good balance of forms, the players are well distributed in the frame giving it a nicely weighted feel, not all on one side or the other. The players eyes mostly lead to the visual center, which is also the interesting thing in the frame. The blown out sunlight is well placed amidst the players, but does not obscure anything.

The postures of the players look like a dance. There's a lot of luck in hitting one of these, but when they come, enjoy it.

It's add a little reddish color, not just the yellow. Make it look more like evening. I think it IS evening, so.

The other two are not as balanced, in each at least one or two of the players looks a little awkward, and there is no strong visual center.

If you look at the people standing on the "Slanted" ground.. they are all leaning to the left also, just a bit.... they should be straight. Maybe a little bit of both....
