Wow, that area really appears to have changed in the 20 years since I was there. The aquarium was under construction when I was last there.

@Dean_Gretsch the parkway in Gatlinburg has undergone a few changes in recent years, most notable was the Aquarium. However, because of the land locked nature of the strip not much else has changed. A few new venues here and there. Pigeon Forge, offers more room to spread out. We spend anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks a year in the area.

I really wish I would have had more time to work with the colors of the fountain and the wheel, but as I was literally shoulder to shoulder with people, it was not to be. Maybe next trip it won't be so crowded.
