The Last of The Hummingbirds

I wish I found this place up by Lake Erie a bit sooner than the last weekend but I was still able to catch a few remaining hummingbirds that reside there. The only thing that was quite tough about this spot was the fact that those little birds blend perfectly with the background which makes for difficult shooting. Full sun didn't help either but still it was great fun! Here are the results.

Those are really nice. What lens were you using?

Thanks harleygirl. The pictures were taken with a Nikon 300mm AF f/4 on a D-100. That is the only lens I use for bird photography (reason - lack of other lenses :er

I'm happy you like the pictures Buszaj. You're right about my background. Although I came to Canada quite a while ago, the last name gives it away
