An interesting photo of a very lovely location! I especially like the way the rail is reflected at the very bottom of the frame area. And the distant mountains, the intervening foothills, and the lake shore are all very nice details. I like the inclusion of the boat in the distance as a depth cue and size indicator.

Everything Derrel said plus the way the pier points toward the boat and the upper right of the image. Like rails for the eye to view the image.
