This is the general stuff that is in the bag.

two bags-

nikon 990 w/ 184 fisheye adapter
nikon d70 w/ 70-300
rocket blower
can of air
lens cleaner kit and tissues

nikon d80, 18-70 w tiffen cp, remote trigger
nikon d300, sigma 10-20
lens tissue
eye wash
marijuana
utility knife

I take it your second bag is your abstract/creative setup ;)

As for me all my kit currently fits in one bag - though I don't tend to carry it all when out and about - just no need to have it all, but I like having the option - anyway:
Bag - Lowepro minitrekker AWII

Canon 400D + attached battery grip
400D kit lens (17-55mm) I keep it since its my only wider angle lens
Canon 70-200mm f2.8 IS
Sigma 150mm macro
Canon 1.4TC + 2*TC
Sigma 1.4TC + 2*TC
Speedlite 580M2
Lumiquest softbox
Memory cards
polarizer filter for 70-200mm
Spare pair of batteries for 400D
Spare batteries for flash
Battery chargers (AA flash battery recharger + camera battery charger)
Cleaning kit (wipes, microfibre cloth, lens cleaning fluid)
Rocket blower
Optech raincover
Waterbottle (held on outside)

That is the standard kit - this is the kit I can add if I choose to:
Manfrotto focusing rail
Manfrotto 3way tripod head (I forget which modle, but a basic level one nothing flashy)
Screwdriver (for tripod head changing)
055XPROB tripod - its optinal because many times I just prefer to have the freedom of handheld and not carry a heavy tripod.
Manfrotto Monopod

That's it so far - though its the bag filled to the max - only just enough room for waterproofs for myself. Hoping to add more lenses so I will probably have to cut down on the teleconverters - at the moment the bag sits holding it all so its ready for pretty much any trip out - in the future I can see I will have to plan ahead!

I may take some photos of it later, but 2 bags for me also.

Always keep a flashlight in my bag for abandoned places, and painting with light. Meh, there is some other stuff in there, but cant mention.

My everyday bag contains either a 20D or 5D with one lens (18-55 f/2.8 for the 20D, and either a 17-35 f/2.8-4 or 50mm f/1.4 for the 5D), one flash (430EX or 580EX), a couple of CF cards, 2 extra camera batteries, 4 AA batteries, lens cloth, rubber bands, and a few white index cards. Sometimes I add a circ pol filter and/or a flash remote to that. All of this fits in a tiny bag. I have to haul big cases and bags of gear for work, so when I'm shooting for recreation I like to keep it small, light, and simple.
