I really like the color, the general mood, and the texture in the foreground rocks--the only thing lacking is a compelling center of interest.

When I come upon a scene with many interesting elements I look to simplify the composition to create a strong center of interest.

There are many great individual images within this scene. As I tell my students, "You must NARROW YOUR VISION" when you find a scene like this.

There are close-up details, there are vertical compositions, etc..
