what i was referring to was the lens distortion and perspective change. it seems like it worked out based on the comments, but i just wanted to clarify. the pillars are actually all straight and do not have the curve that i presented. i wanted to give it a feeling of weight and make it seem as though it was struggling to hold up the pier.

Yeah, I like this one two....as for the distortion...Hmmmmm....I didn't realize it was distorted!!! (Is that good or bad to you?) I think It looks wonderful!! LOL!!

thanks, not noticing is perfectly fine with me, i just did not want it to look obviously distorted, but maybe its just because i know what the actual pier looks like that i questioned it.

The distortion worked out well. I liked its outcome. Overall, really good shot with little or nothing to critique. The exposure time and depth of field are spot-on. Long exposure would also have worked well on this but I like it how it is. Great work! Keep it up!
