Eh. To me, it is kinda boring, lacks a true subject, and you cut off the tree on the right.

Regards,
Jake

You've failed the image. It's not about what you think it is. Thanks for looking though.

"It's not about what you think it is"

then why post here if our opinions don't matter to you?

If we can't understand your image, or it's subject, it's YOUR fault as a photographer, not us as viewers.
I'm sorry, but I have to agree with D-B-J on this.

Our opinions? Interesting comment.

I disagree, but thanks for chiming in.

As The Taveler stated in another post... "If an 'art' piece does not evoke something in someone beyond the creator, then it isn't art, it is a personal aide memoire."

Sorry, but I don't get the feeling of "the quietest moments".

I would like to read your thoughts on the exposure though.

"The Taveler"?

I don't believe I'm familiar with the work of, "The Taveler".

Misquoting the title of the thread is, I believe, in itself indicative of the problem--failing the image.

Thanks for your thoughts though.

Even in the quietest moments
I wish I knew what to do
And even though the sun is shining
Well, I feel the rain, here it comes again, dear

Sorry for misquoting....

I take back what I wrote. This photo is breathtaking, and one of the finest examples of art I've seen.

Sheesh... OPK. :biglaugh:

Hint: A logical conclusion from the premise would have been silence.

Yeah your right, I should have remained silent. Wrong side of the bed I guess. Apologies.

I was confused. I thought you were posting a peice of art, not a "name that song title" photo. I wouldn't have had much of a chance since that song came out 5 years before I was born! I was just comparing it to your other work I've seen posted. I had just been viewing your "still life is cheap" thread, beautiful.
