For this image, I tried a more abstract approach. Comments and critiques are appreciated.

I don't know man. I think that this experiment did not work out too good. Like for abstract I can see to easily water rushing on some drop. It's quite contrasty with very few midtones. That coarsens the picture and like for makes it a bit unnerving. Maybe longer exposure would give more stratified, smoother effect.

I think it works pretty well. It seems to need something in the lower left corner to balance it - maybe there's some detail you can bring out in there.

Rotate it 90 degrees CCW. I have to work to hard with the water flowing in the wrong direction.
The processing is a bit harsh as well - even for me.

I like it; it gives a good sense of motion. However, it seems like a section of a waterfall.

Everyone, thanks for the responses. In case anyone is interested, this picture depicts water moving over rocks in a stream.
