An old lady selling prayer necklaces in Leh/Ladakh India...
I'm not used to Black and White.. hope I did well...

What I'm not liking here is the big white thing in the right foreround - its big, its white, out of focus and distracting.

What I do like is her face and hair. You captured all the years of wrinkles very nicely and have nice focus on her eyes. Even though you would essentially cut off the back of her hair, it would be what is in shadow anyway so I'd suugest a tight crop. Leave the exsisting space in front of her in the image but crop from the neck up and into the back of her hair\head enough to get most of the white thing out of the frame. Might work, might not....Just my opinion.

Its a great face and has a lot of drama, but the image is just not composed very well at all. The white fuzzy thing is taking up to much of the image.
