The first Friday of the month features some singer/songwriters @ the local cultural center. We attended last night & I took a few shots.

Panasonic G1 with Minolta 50/1.4 @ f2 & ISO 1600.

looks like you missed focus on 1 and 2. nailed 3 though!!!

The lighting is most kind on Dean. I find the lines on Mark's trousers interesting as well as the pattern on Carley's stockings.

Ron, no. 1 and no. 2 is too over exposed. Maybe fixable.. not sure. I see solid white on their screen.

looks like you missed focus on 1 and 2. nailed 3 though!!!

I suggest motion blur, 1/50s & 1/30s shutter speed respectively, they were very active. To compound, I applied heavy noise reduction. #3 had good light & I got a 1/160s shutter speed.

Carly's short dress seemed quite inapropriate & made it hard not to be getting a crotch shot. She is preggers with a forth.

Just checked the original histograms & there is a slight peak right on #1 but nowhere near on #2.
