The sun doesn't always shine in Spain

Hello from a very grey and damp Costa Blanca. I took these earlier, it was very dark and grim:

Nicely framed and sharp shots. When its an overcast day, doing black and white photographs can work quite well I reckon.

All nice. I especially like #3, 4 because of the reflections in the street and #2 for the interesting perspective. Just to be contrary, I would prefer the last as a black and white because it's really about the lines and composition of the trees and shadows, and the color of the sky just draws your eye away from that.

Thanks for your feedback guys. Funny enough I did a mono version of the beach scene, and it just didn't work for me!

Yes! very well presented :3 but i would go for the first one, i like the lines of the building hmm, and also the lighting is nice.

First, second and last are my likes; the black something on the right side in 4th image affects the balance within the frame
