the sunflower - nd summertime

sunflower fields in late summer/early fall are a staple of north dakota. they are everywhere. seriously. driving down the road, passing them, they aren't given a second thought.
every once in a while though, the overwhelming urge to pull over, pull out the camera, and snap a couple just can't be fought. nor should it be.
beauty is absolutely everywhere.
