The very vong jetty

This was taken very early in the morning last weekend at Hervey Bay Queensland.
It was attracted by the symmetry of the thing.

I like how at the end of it the clouds look as if this jetty were puffing out tufts of smoke . (Is "tufts" the right word here?)

Well balanced... myself, in an attempt to capture something as symmetrical, I would definitely have gotten one side larger than the other or out of the frame or whatnot. So :thumbsup: !

Looks like you had a rain shower and those look like summer clouds. Last night we had 2 inches of snow and it was -15 C this morning. :meh:

The vanishing point is nice. Your eye follows the pier all the way to the end.

I think so, too. The colours are really good and I can't imagine to stay at such a long jetty.
