To be brutally frank, I think I would re-shoot this one. The exposure is extreme, with large blown/nearly blown highlight areas, as well as very deep shadows, and despite that, a monochrome conversion which appears rather muddy and midtone rich. You've done an excellent job of using the branches as leading lines, but it would be even better were the nest not so centered in the frame. I think there is some real potential here, and I think the monochrome is definitely the right approach, but this one needs another go. Consider using an off-camera speedlight to provide some supplemental lighting to the lower area of the image; this will help reduce the dynamic range and greatly improve the overall quality.
Just my $00.02 worth - your mileage may vary.
