They want to use my image! Help!

I did some searching on this but its hard to find answers that relate to my situation.

My family went to a local theme park that just opened last Summer. We posted one of the pictures I took on their facebook page. Today I was contacted by the GM informing me that they are interested in using the image in some campaign materials.

In the email he mentioned that they want to discuss the use of the image in "a single publication at this time".

Where do I go from here?

You need to learn about use licensing.

The size it will be used at and how many copies of the publication will be printed have a bearing on the cost of the use.
If you visit www.ASMP.org and click on "Business Resources" there on the left you will find some helpful information.

Does it make a difference that my son is in the photo, face front and center? Do I hand over the raw file?
I'm in over my head. I want them to use it but I don't want to be taken advantage of.
