As a fellow Landscape Photographer I'm curious as to how often simply poor planning or bad weather ruin a days shooting for you?
Today I made an executive decision to try and get a nice dramatic sunset from a small mountain near where I grew up. About a quarter of the way up I turned and saw the first photo coming.
Been an optimist I thought I'd try make a little ground and get at least one decent shot before It bucketed down. The second shot will pretty much sum up what happened next.
