It is very interesting though and certainly looks extremely cold.
I can see ice building up on the ship so the crew are going to have to deal with it, wouldn't want to be on the deck in that weather!
BTW, were you just passing by or did you go out explicitly for taking pics in those conditions?

BTW, were you just passing by or did you go out explicitly for taking pics in those conditions?

The photo was taken Christmas Day from my Moms backyard deck, so there is no need to go out in the cold for this kind of shot.(Just sit inside and wait for a boat to go by) Too bad it was snowing a bit, would have been nice just to see the cold mist on the water.

Here is one from Boxing day, a bit warmer(warmed up to -10c) and nice and sunny.
