Yes, I'll bet you have many opportunities for great pictures as a tour guide! I would be happy to make suggestions on your photo technique. The best way for me, and all the other photographers here on TPF, to evaluate your photo style is for you to post your own images. Then we can critique you and offer advice/suggestions. Looking forward to seeing your stuff!
