It's nice, I like the perspective. I might try dodging her face a little to bring more attention to her face. And maybe trying a subtle vignette.

I am thinking that you did some nice stuff with all of the photo other than the child's face, which to me would seem to be the focal point of the shot.

My idea is to save the PP for other shots and focus more on the child...

BTW: nice shot and adorable too.

i would DEF avoid the plastic wrap filter in Pshop.
it has not enhanced your image, but has made it rather odd.

It's a cute shot, but I'm not digging the PP. Whatever filter you used just looks weird and distracting.

thanks for your feedback guys - i thought the filter gave a 'different' look which i didnt mind but couldnt quite decide if it would be ok to look at or not.

I think you were trying to distract us from the out of focus face, probably because your shutter speed was 1/60 because at F9 it should have enough DOF

I'm thinking that baby is getting hot being wrapped in cellophane. I do like the colors of the leaves against the grass.
