that's a beautiful shot and conversion, I like the candid look of the expression and the exposure is very good with the dappled light in the background.

The only nit is where she is looking. If she was looking at the camera so that her eyes were centered, it would be an outstanding image. But to me, with her eyes looking off to the side leave to much white showing. Still a very good picture of a very cute little girl.

Ok, maybe one more nit... the background, although out of focus is a little distrating as well. Get a nice neutral background and take lots more pictures of her. She won't stay this young for long.
