I like this type of shot, and they work really well in BW.
I have a nit with this though...one step to the left would have made all the difference in gaining that geometrical symmetry that it begs for.
Great job on the exposure and processing, with a full tonal range present.

thanks, Rob..I knnow but one step to the left put a nasty sign in the frame..I'm going to do a reshoot with a slightly wider lens and see if I can get around that bloody sign.

I have to agree with Rob on this one. GREAT job of the exposure and tones...but...there is that one step to the left

I really liked this because my eye worked happily down and back and down and back... following the lines and resting on the fan flowers.
