Great Set JC. This would have been a fun way to spend the day.

It was, even though it rained a little. Perfect covid relief. My friend in the engineering hat, invited me. I had the wrong lens 70-300 but I worked it out. My 24-85 or 35f2 would have been better. There was a tractor show today but I am not pushing it, there will be a lot of people there.

Awesome set!

Thank you

Nice record of history replayed.

Seems there is no visible exhaust from the firebox stack. Has there been a conversion to diesel or kerosene or something convenient for heating the boiler?

Thanks, no, just one of those days.

Thanks. I brought the wrong lens, I thought it was a plow day as I got it confused with another invite. Shot with a D610 and 70-300VR. Used my Kodachrome and TriX presets. I was trying to capture motion in most of the images. It at least made me social distance!

These are great. It looks like a family affair. I especially like the motion blur in the B&W image.

Really nice set. And look at those exposed belts and pulleys - no health and safety rules when it was built. :)

Thanks. Good common sense ruled in those days. Believe it or not, those steam engines have to pass comprehensive safety inspections.

Thanks bud. The association kind of adopted me. I normally shoot these with old film cameras but I just developed around 30 rolls and wasn't feeling it. Yes, motion is a subtle thing but I like to use it.

Great set depicting how it was done in the past.
