Really nice set. And look at those exposed belts and pulleys - no health and safety rules when it was built.
Thanks. Good common sense ruled in those days. Believe it or not, those steam engines have to pass comprehensive safety inspections.
Interesting ..... and I'm guessing this is boiler safety - as in not blowing up - as a full set of guards and interlock would not look right?
