Throw away my 35mm 1.8 for 1.4?

Ok so money isnt relly an issue for me but lately, i reslized that the lens is more important than the body so...
im planning on replacing my 35mm 1.8 DX lens with the more expensive 35mm 1.4 fX lens. Though i wont be upgrading to fx, i do have a film camera that can use the fx lens.

As for my dx cameras, is there any advantag en using the 1.4 compared to the 1.8? the nano crystal coat and ed glass apeals to me a lot.

Uhh, yes. Toss that baby (preferably my way), and replace it with the 35/1.4. It's better in every single way besides weight and size.
