Tired of Snowy Owl shots yet?

I don't think ill ever get bored of this beautiful owl. I just love #1 , it has that expression of surprise on its face. And those claws look so fierce , great stuff.

Thank you ,this bird has been here in Northern Illinois at this field for going on its fourth week now. The last Snowy I photographed was in Waukesha WI. and it stayed around for seven weeks. They come down from the Arctic and Tundra in search of food and will return when it warms up. I will be out there as much as I can to "get it while I can ". Then one day it will be gone till next year .

I don't think we'll ever get bored of the snowy owl - esp if the bird keeps giving you such a great character in appearance. Though the look of that first shot I wonder if the owl isn't thinking "Oh no its "him" again"

I am gonna go and give it a go again tomorrow but with it drastically warming up and the massive snow melt I am wondering if its gonna still be around .

I can understand your hate ....lol I know that when I saw my first Snowy shots I hated that photog also ......Its really an awesome experience .

Thank you ,it is a beauty ,exposure might be a tad dark but I wasnt taking any chances on blowing out the whites .
