What's new

Today's HDR photo

Looks like an illustration from a kids book. Nothing wrong with that. I like it.

I think this is a stronger comp than your other one, but again the horizon is tilted. Also, notice how the bottom-right corner of the image is "stretching". This tells me that the lens you used is very poor in the corners at that focal length (10mm) and/or aperture (f/20). I have the Canon 10-22 and had the same soft corner issue. CA correction in the RAW convertor can help (if you shoot RAW). Also, just cropping it out can benefit the image. When there is a lot of detail on those corners, it can be a real distraction when they appear stretched and soft.

The scene is fantastic. However, as pointed out, your horizon is tilted a bit it seems. Also, I don't like the blue-ish wave bubbles. The difference in the blue in the sky also bothers me a bit. Too blue on the rocks as well, imo. If it were me, I'd process it differently ;) But that's me :)

I opened the original file in photoshop, there is a CA correction. But which one of the options are used for correcting lens distortion?
Thanks

Thanks very much! You have pointed out so many things I didn't notice.. you are the winner XD
