How does this compare to the Tamron 15-35 or Nikkor 14-24mm?

I heard this thing is a TANK!

I own it, it doesn't compare. Spend the extra and stay away from the tokina. Overall not bad of you can get it cheap enough but I would save up and get the Tamron or if you wanna stay with original manufacturer lens.
