Motivational lighting. Looks like he's passed out under a large light post. A little green or orange tint would complete it.

It was more the metal cup and bug spray that gave me the "Hee Haw" feeling....lol But looking at it again the hat and beard do add to it.

Yes. If it were one light shining down on the person, it would be the only light source. Green for flourescent and orange for incandescent.

Funny pic! Cigar (or whatever it is) is sorta hard to distinguish. IMO good shot tho!

The cigar does not "read" very well. I agree with the Idiot...a bit of a green or yellowish tint to the lighting would really help solidify the feeling of this shot having been done under streetlamp lighting.
