Love the shot of the Eland (or Impala or whatever it is) but it's too dark on his face and front quarters. I think if you play around with the curves some you can get a lot more light up there and make it look a bit better. I would also crop it giving slightly more area on the right and less on the left. He looks crammed right against the right edge and there is a rock in the left corner that could easily be removed.

The Elephant I feel is cropped too tightly. I think it would look better with the top of his head showing.
